Where can I pick up?

Upon checkout, you will be able to select your pick up location, date, and time.

Do you ship nationwide?

At this time, shipping option is unavailable.

What is your pick up policy?

All orders will be available for pick-up  during your selected date and time.

We ask our customers to be punctual on the time of pick-up.

What if I'm unavailable to pick up my order on the day I selected?

If you are unable to claim your order due to unexpected change of events, please consider having a friend or family member pick up on your behalf.

No refunds will be issued for all unclaimed orders during the time of pick up. No exceptions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement and a full refund will be issued. Simply send us an email at info@crumbsndcreams.com

Inquiries sent and received after the 24 hour window cannot be refunded.
